Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY: To secure your private chef experience with Cucina Gialla, a non-refundable deposit of $100 of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled service. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. For cancellations made more than7 days before the scheduled service, no cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 6 to 3 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
