Liability Waiver for Cucina Gialla Private Chef Services

I, The Client, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver in consideration of the private chef services provided by Cucina Gialla.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that engaging in private chef services involves inherent risks. I acknowledge that Cucina Gialla and its representatives cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of the provision of private chef services.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergies: I am responsible for informing Cucina Gialla of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special considerations. I understand that Cucina Gialla will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requirements but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
Food Safety: I understand that Cucina Gialla follows industry-standard food safety practices. However, I acknowledge that consuming raw or undercooked food may pose health risks and release Cucina Gialla from any liability associated with such risks.
Property and Equipment: I agree to provide a safe and suitable cooking environment for the private chef services. I am responsible for any damages to property or equipment belonging to Cucina Gialla caused by myself or guests during the provision of services.
Release of Liability: I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cucina Gialla, its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the private chef services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss.
Photography and Media: I grant Cucina Gialla the right to take photographs or videos during the provision of services. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes and release any claims to compensation for their use.
Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge that Cucina Gialla has a cancellation policy, and I understand the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.

I have read and fully understand the terms of this Liability Waiver. By booking, I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with the private chef services provided by Cucina Gialla.
